A LITTLE ABOUT ME

User Experience Leader passionate about elegant design solutions, built on the solid foundations of customer insights and business data, and created using proven User Centred Design methodologies.

I work across the full customer lifecycle creating experiences that attract, convert, engage and retain customers whilst delivering brand value at every stage. My extensive design background means I also have a passion for working with designers to help craft digital interactions that truly delight my client's customers.

Prior to my work as an Experience Designer I spent many years in more traditional design roles, leading teams in the UK and the US. This allowed me to develop my leadership and mentoring skills whilst building happy and nurturing environments for team members to develop and flourish.
